Request For RFQ for Provision of Safe drinking water through construction of solar powered pipe scheme
JEN (Japan Emergency NGO) is a Japan-based non-governmental organization established in January 1994 to provide emergency assistance in the countries of the former Yugoslavia. Since then, adhering to the concept of “Psycho-social and self-reliance support” JEN has consistently offered support activities to those who have been stricken with hardship due to conflicts and disasters across the globe in every phase of recovery from emergency assistance to reconstruction.
JEN intends to invite all interested and qualified construction companies to submit bids for the “ Provision of a Solar powered pipe scheme to improve access to safe water and hygiene to the returnee and host community of Zawa village in Khogyani district of Nangarhar province". All interested suppliers are kindly requested to submit the quotations including the required documents to the JEN- Jalalabad office on 6 May 2024 before 4:00 PM (AF Local time). (JEN's procurement committee will not consider quotations received after the period above and time).
JEN will receive and consider Bids in response to this official Invitation to Bid subject to the instructions and conditions.
